Buttercup Squash Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

1 buttercup squash
2 sweet potatoes
2 leeks
1 yellow onion
2 carrots
Vegetable or chicken broth
Extra-virgin olive oil
Garlic and/or ginger (optional)
Sea salt and pepper
