How To Avoid Neck Pain And Stiffness

Holding the two soft golf balls in place against your neck paraspinal muscles, gently take my neck through all of its natural ranges of motion:
1. Right and left rotation.
2. Right and left lateral flexion (taking each ear down to its corresponding shoulder).
3. Flexion and extension (looking all the way up and down).
This routine encourages healthy mobility of the many joints that make up the neck while bringing more blood flow to tight muscles in the area which helps alleviate muscle tension.
You can actively massage your neck muscles with this tool using simple circular motions.
Repeat this routine while keeping the balls pressed against your muscles at different levels of your neck.
