Thank you, Dr. Ben, for sharing your knowledge and wisdom with us. I love your videos. I find them extremely helpful. I watch every video and save it. Thank you again!

I have an inflamed bursar in my left shoulder which is extremely painful and has severely limited movement of my left arm. I have had an ultrasound and cortisone injection in the shoulder. That was two weeks ago and the shoulder is actually worse. At the moment the doctor has prescribed me anti-inflammatory tablets.
As I can't do the arm swings, can you please suggest something I can do. The pain is so debilitating

Hi Jackie,

So sorry to hear about your pain and lack of mobility. Dr. Kim has actually made some other videos with less intense shoulder motions, which may even be modified further for what is comfortable for you. To find these, just type "shoulder" into the search field at the top of this page.

They can also be found on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/drbenkim/videos and Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/dr_ben_kim/improve-your-mobility-with-dr-ben-kim/ as well.

Sincerely,
Colleen
