Thanks for all the sensible small things that you recommend. It's often the small things that make the biggest difference :) I am curious if you would recommend physically using your hands to help the "weak" side in the beginning as I believe this might help muscle memory.

How does your brain manage to separate big toe from the others? I can't begin to do either of these exercises, & it's not a physical problem.
