Battle Rope Workouts

Battle rope exercises are a fun and challenging way of conditioning the entire body, including the legs, core, shoulders, back, and of course, the heart and lungs.

If you have a home gym area that has sufficient room for battle rope work, I suggest going with the longest rope that you can, as the longer your rope, the more challenging your workouts can be. It's also worth noting that a thicker rope will be more challenging to work with and will more quickly develop grip strength.

I chose a 50-ft battle rope that is 1.5" in diameter, made by Perantlb.
