Savoury Tofu Recipe

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon each of dried thyme, basil, & parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
Pinch of pepper

Directions:

1. Mix all of the ingredients together. Marinate the tofu for 30 minutes, making sure the sauce gets on every side of each tofu cubes.

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

3. Arrange the marinated tofu on a lightly greased baking dish.

4. Using a teaspoon, scoop a small amount of the marinade onto the top of each tofu cube.

5. Put it in the oven for 30 minutes.

Enjoy these savoury tofu cubes on their own or as an addition to a salad or grain dish.
