Movement For Healthy Posture
This is an active range of motion exercise to keep your shoulders as healthy as Superman's shoulders. :)
Lying face down with your upper body slightly off the end of a bed or mattress, take your arms up along your sides and above your head until your hands meet. Then bring them down along the same arc until the back of your hands rest on your lower or middle back.
Repeat as often as you like, taking your time to work through any sticky areas.
