All of the following juice and smoothie recipes are suitable for our Full Body Cleanse program.
If you don't have a juicer and are thinking of getting one, I recommend the Champion Juicer; we've had one since 2003, and it continues to serve us well.

Late last year, I started playing tennis again after a hiatus of several years from regular play. It took me a few sessions to get my wind back, but all in all, it's been amazingly fun to be back out on the courts. I feel younger, stronger, and healthier than I have in several years. Read more

Up here in Canada, we pretty much live enveloped by furnace heat a good six to eight months every year.
Combine this amount of exposure to furnace heat with hot water showers and baths, and you can imagine the amount of moisturizing that we do to prevent chronic dry skin and itchiness. Read more

I've long maintained that pasteurized dairy products should be avoided whenever possible, as regular intake of dairy is associated with a number of health challenges, the most common of which are: chronic ear infections, nasal congestion, acne, eczema, a variety of autoimmune illnesses, and even cancer.
I almost never eat dairy products, but like a lot of people who follow a dairy-free diet, I find myself craving different types of cheese from time to time. I mean, come on, nothing provides a mouthful of flavor like a nice helping of cheese, right? Read more

If you're a fan of sushi, it's worth noting that some types of fish tend to contain more mercury than others; by choosing wisely, you can minimize your risk of experiencing mercury toxicity.
In a relatively unpolluted setting, raw fish is an excellent food choice for most people - few other foods provide the same abundance of healthy protein, healthy fatty acids, and micronutrients. Read more
